Toarna praful in pahar mai intai,  apoi adauga lichidul si amesteca. &lt;br /&gt;Almased este un produs in totalitate natural si nu  contine adaos de zahar sau conservanti. Foloseste o bautura cu un minim de  calorii sau chiar fara calorii.&lt;i&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;             &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aceasta este cea mai importantă faza a dietei si va avea  un  efect mare asupra rezultatelor finale. Pentru a incepe procesul de  detoxifiere  cu Almased, trebuie curatat tractul digestiv. Poti sa iei un  laxativ, de preferat in  prima zi.&lt;br /&gt;In timpul dietei, ar trebui  ca la 3 zile sa se apeleze  la curatirea intestinelor. După ce ai luat  laxativul, asteapta 2-3 ore, iar  apoi ia primul pahar de Almased. Luati un total de 3  băuturi de Almased pe zi, in  primele doua zile.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru a evita deshidratarea si pentru a ajuta procesul de   detoxifiere, trebuie sa bei cel putin doi litri de apa pe zi. In aceste  zile  nu bea cafea, alcool, sucuri  carbogazoase sau sucuri de fructe/vegetale din cauza  calorilor si adaosului de  zahar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Incepand cu ziua a treia, inlocuieste 2 mese din zi (micul  dejun si cina) cu Almased pana ajungi la greutatea pe care o doresti.  Pentru fiecare  masa, trebuie sa iei cantitatea de Almased calculata potrivit inaltimii tale,  conform tabelului de mai sus. Pentru masa a  treia, poti  manca orice, dar echilibrat. Aceasta  masa ar trebui sa contina carne alba (pui sau peste) garnitura de legume proaspete sau gatite sau cereale  integrale. Nu ar  trebui sa mananci paste, zahar, orez alb, paine alba, dulciuri, mancaruri prajite. Acestea contin  ingrediente  artificiale si conservanti in exces de care corpul tau nu are nevoie.  Continua sa bei apa. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce ai ajuns la greutatea dorita , este important sa   ajustezi corpul tau la o rata de ingerare si ardere a   caloriilor normala. In prima si a doua saptamana de dupa faza de  reductie,  reduceti bautura Almased la doar o masa pe zi. In a treia si a patra  saptamana, ia doar o masa Almased din doua in doua zile.  Bea cel putin 10  pahare de apa pe zi.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;            &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vei putea manca orice doresti, dar nu exagera. In loc  sa  numeri caloriile, ia in seama continutul de grasimi. Nu ar  trebui sa  consumi mai mult de 60g de grasime pe zi. Intre mese  consuma fructe,  legume proaspete si produse lactate cu continut  scazut de grasime.
